You can get something called a Widget, which does exactly that. Look for www.stardock.com or www.wincustomize.org or somethin.

I believe the program is called Desktop X.

hey anti-trend,

how'd u get ur system diagnostics and sensor stuff on your desktop? it a linux thing?

im looking for something like that.. with my cpu tempature on the desktop.

Well yeah, that's a Linux thing. It's a program called Karamba, and you just build the layout custom in HTML. But, like Waffle already suggested, there are Windows programs which are very similar!

1280x960 I think (that may be a made up resolution, I'll check when I'm on my PC later).

It makes everything look a lot nicer, without screwing up the visibility.

the pixels get me. trying to get a large image down to under a hundred KB's. :D I just reduce the image and keep reducing until it fits. :rolleyes:
