Problem with laptop and a BenQ

Hi.. I have a Asus G73 SW 120 hertz laptop.. I also have a BenQhttp://www.shopmania.co.uk/shoppin [...] 9.html#pps

I tried to hook the BenQ up to my laptop with a Hdmi cable and i was hoping i could get 120 hertz on my BenQ.. That ONLY happens when i have 1024 * 768 resolution.. On the max res i can only choose 60 hertz.-.- Anyone know why this is?

That's a limitation of your graphics card. Usually fast refresh rates only work on lower resolutions with integrated graphics solution mostly seen on laptops.
