Question about open office

In microsoft word there was a feature called word art. It let you make fancy text and stuff. I was wondering if there was a feature like this in OOo.

I never use WordArt, can't stand it as it makes most documents look unprofessional.

the reason i was wanting to use it was to make a title page for my report that I am doing for Social Studies class.
