Hello I have a question regarding having two drives in raid system (mirror). Do they have to be exactly this same type and speed, or they just have to be roughly this same size?? Regards Daz
Hi, I believe one drive can be larger than the other, but you will be limited by the size of the smaller drive. I am not sure if different speeds will effect though, you may want to check with the vendor of the RAID controller you are going to use to see if it will support different speed drives.
