Ram Problem Please Help

Hello, I have a desktop Samsung pc. My mother board is SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS CO.,LTD Desktop System.
I have DDR2 512MB two rams.
It worked really well, but little slow. So I decided to add a 2GB DDR2 Ram.
So I bought a brand new kingston 2GB DDR2 Ram and set it into the motherboard removing my old two rams.
There are only two DIMM ports available. Then, when I try to switch on the system.. It beeped 4 times and nothing in the monitor. So, then I set my old 512MB DDR2 Ram with my new 2GB DDR2 Ram. Then computer started, Then I checked the memory size in both bios and windows, It had appeared 2GB instead of 2.5GB, but after sometime displaying something in blue screen, computer restarted. This is continuously happens. I can't start with my 2GB ram only and if I start with 2GB+old 512 Ram there is a blue screen always and restart. Why this happens ? What are the options I have got ? Please help me to solve this problem.

Ok! first of all..... What is the make and model of this desktop ? Samsung What ? How old is this pc ? They make a lot of different DDR2 ram...Is your the same size?
 
The 4 beeps relate to a memory problem. Try starting the system with only 1 512M stick of RAM. Try this with both slots on the motherboard. Make sure that you do all this in a place with lots of light, check the RAM slots for any damage while you are doing the swap and make sure you do NOT damage the RAM because of static electricity. It maybe that you've already done this to one of your 512M sticks. If the computer boots and no blue screens then try the 2G RAM again and see if that works.
