I have one PPT (Power point 2007) file which sized approximately 28 MB I want to send that file to Japan from India. My question is how to reduce the size of that file I have saved it to as Power point presentation but it reduce a bit say 28 MB to 24 MB. Is there is any way through which I can reduce the size of that PPT further.
Hope I am able to explain the Question correctly

    Advance thanks for any Answer

First off, you'll need to do a little setup in PowerPoint. On the Tools menu, click Options, click the Save tab, and then clear the Allow fast saves check box. Doing this armament PowerPoint to abolish balance abstracts from your presentation book anniversary time you save. After you've turned off fast saves, save your presentation again under a new name. On the File menu, click Save As, type a name for the new version of your presentation in the File namebox, and then click OK.
