Replacing mobo - help?

Basically, I just want a better motherboard that can hold 4GB RAM. I have this built, and still get low FPS on Call of Duty on medium settings - what's happening lol? But suggesting a new mobo would be a great help!

Oh, and umm a good, effective cheap mobo would be best - not some overpriced rip off ;)

Finally sorry, I have good airflow and have applied Artic Silver Thermal Paste to my CPU.
 
I using Windows 7. And what do you mean take use of the Raid stuff? I have a:

The motherboard I recommened has onboard raid controller (ICH10R) Intergrated into the southbridge chipset on the motherboard. I would recommned using it for a Raid 0. A raid 0 combines the speeds of the disks. So if you have two hard drives in a raid 0 array and each disk is capable of 50MB/s read and write speeds it combines both disks speeds together so you will get around 95-100MB/s read and write speeds. It will make a big difference on the overall
performance of your machine.

BTW: are you using a 64bit version of Windows 7? You will need to if you want to have the full benefits of 4GB of ram.
 
Damn.. you're smart. I done a course in college about computer components, this blew me out of the water haha. I only have 1 harddrive, but setting it to Raid 0 can double - i get yah. And, for now I have a 32 bit system, but 64 bit is only nessecary if you have > 4GB, not = 4GB - that's what I've always lead to believe :confused:
 
No he means that in order to get your moneys worth of RAM you must have a 64bit system. So that your putting all 4 gigs to use, a system other than 64 bit will not even exceed over 2 gigs
