Hi guys I had a r9 270 gfx card which died I have replaced it with a r9 380 but this card requires 2x 6 pin pci-e power plugs. I have a win power 750W modular power supply. I lost the original 6pin pci-e modular cable so I have been using 1x molex to pcie converter with no problems but now I need to I believe the power supply is a dual rail not sure tho. so my question is it safe to run 2x 5 pin molex to pcie converters thanks. cheers mystic I think I have solved the problem any way my PSU has female molex connectors for the modular bit so I just ordered a molex male to female lead and I have the molex to 6 pin pci-e adapter so both pci-e leads will have independent feeds from the psu
