Scariest Games!

I've only seen Silent Hill 3 videos which made it look pretty scary but having play a bit of Doom 3, I thought it was probably the scariest game I've played to date.
 
Probably the original resident evil, because it was the first game of it's time to try that genre.
 
Alone in the Dark came before Resident Evil.

Silent Hill just annoyed me more than anything.
