Slipstreaming Windows 2K + Software

all grown up
I've just received 85 Laptops at work, all HP Machines, with slipstream restore disks of Windows 2000, all the drivers & default software that comes with each laptop.

These slipstream disks format the C:\ drive and then install Windows 2K, its very handy however, every 3 months we will recieve these back, and the majority of them as per the last batch of laptops we used will need to have a clean install due to the users being so neglegent.

I would like to modify HP's restore disk so that after the restore it also installs the latest service packs / Microsoft Office & latest relevant service pack & possibly firewall / anti-virus, so that i can cut the amount of time our department is spending just installing and updating these laptops and they can get on and do something else.

Im not in a huge hurry, but if anyone can push me in the right direction it would be appreciated, ive made a slipstream disk before (v.simple) but never with third party programs and including formatting.

I haven't heard of any way of getting slipstreamed 3rd party apps, but I suppose if all the laptops are identical, or close in specification you could create a HD image of the OS with all apps/updates installed on a laptop and use it to reinstall everything.
