No secret that I have recently passed the major milestone of 40.
Recently, after battling for ages with laziness, I started jogging. I manage about 30 minutes now at about 5 to 5.5 Mph every other day. My fruit intake has doubled if not quadrupled although I have still got major issues with vegetables. I try to get a minimum of 6 hours of sleep every night and I have not seen a drop of alcohol in absolute ages (not out of choice, mind...). I try to cycle to work as much as possible and generally eat as healthily as I can.
So what do you do? Cycle to work? Go to the gym? play sumfink?
Any tips for the 'over the hill' folk?
I'd love to go back to play basketball but nothing around my area....
