Sorry, another "Which graphics card?" question

I'm trying to decide on which card to get, the ATI X1900GT or the X1800XT???
Its confusing because some 1800's perform better than 1900's so I'm stuck. I start getting confused with all the suffixes-GT, XT, XTX, XL, bla bla bla.

Here are the two I was considering, even though I'm leaning more towards the 1800.
The X1800XT

and,

The X1900GT

And they are both around the same amount of money, so thats not a factor. Thanks.

ATI just launched a bunch of new cards not long ago, but they're not available just yet.
AnandTech: ATI's New High End and Mid Range: Radeon X1950 XTX & X1900 XT 256MB

Even if you don't want one of these, you should still wait because once they become available, the prices of the current ones will drop., the x1900xt notably.

Also, do you think that the price of the 512MB X1900XT will drop even more after the 256MB version is released?

It surely will since the new high end card will be the x1950xtx.
