Suggest A Good Shop To Buy Cheap Laptop

Hello dear folks, I am looking to buy cheap laptop in UK under £500 . Laptop should be good in specs because I am going to perform my daily task on it. So suggest me good shop in UK from where I could buy best laptop for my work.
 
What kind of work do you do? Will you be on the go and away from your desk with it regularly?
 
Basically I am learning designing and I need to install heavy software related to designing like adobe and etc.
 
Well, last night me and my friend was involved in the same discussion and she also wanna buy such laptop which can run heavy software for her video editing work. She were telling me some laptops which I will share soon after calling her back because I can't remember some names that's why I'll be back soon. :)
