Suggest me CPU for Z77

Hi, I want to hear opinions about this thing:
I want to get z77 motherboard and I can't decide which cpu to take 3770 or 3770k? k version is a little expansive than non-k. I know with k version I can do major overclocking, but my question is will I have big difference in modern video games with GTX680 and with k or non-k proccesor? Should I spend little more money for that difference or it's very little?
And also one more question... If I get non-k version, will it work good with 2400mhz rams? I mean will motherboard allow to use those RAM's speed?
 
I don't have any idea of it. Its depend on you that what you want? whats your requirement. We nothing recommend you. Thanks..!

Like z77 what ???? Make and model, We are not Mind readers... So in the future , Try to give us the most info before posting...
