SuSE does not install the nVidia drivers automatically at installation. You have to download them separately once you have finished installing the OS
Go into YaST and click 'online update'. Then scroll down the list and you should see 'nVidia drivers'. Tick the box and click accept. SuSE will then install the nVidia drivers for you.
Once that's finished, go back into yast and click 'hardware' in the left hand tab. Then click 'graphics card and monitor', and there is a little box which you need to tick to enable '3D accelaration'.
It's pretty simple really :)

Hey, that's a little harsh! :ohah: SuSE does everything I want it to do quite well. It detected and installed my TV card, it plays all music and video formats, includes a wealth of quality programs and is easy to install. It's performance is very acceptable on the desktop [/ot]
