Talktalk Broadband Help!!!

Hello, Im currently helping friends with theie Internet from 'tALKTALK'

They were fine when they were on their previous internet package, but as they have now upgraded their seems to be a problem with the connection.
their username and password are fine, all connections to the modem are connected, but talktalk will not connect? im not sure what else i can do to help them? any ideas?

try calling talktalk tec support, there username etc might have changed
