Bare in mind that there is a 70% chance that things might go wrong. Just remember to use aptitude instead of apt-get. And issue dist-upgrade twice.

Honestly, the only reason I upgraded my laptop was because I wanted the trash feature in Xubuntu :) . Other then Upstart, I have no real incentive to upgrade my desktops

Looking at who voted for what, it's funny that in the space of a month, almost everyone has ditched Mandriva to use Debian and Ubuntu :D
