Yeah tis true, the Inland Revenue lost 25 million people's information contained on 2 blank discs. those affected include all children under 16 in the UK as well as parents Bank, D.O.B, and address documents. whoops!!!

Obviously a spoof Ebay item had to appear immediately, the item was taken down after a few hours.
