Upgrade advice

I have 2 main computers that I use for gaming, so that when people come over they can game with me. This is one of them...

CPU: Athlon 64 3000(venice)
Mobo: ECS RS480-M
RAM: 768 mbs DDR400
Video Card: PCIX Radeon X600 series

It runs extremely nicely, and I put it together for under $400
My other pc however just isnt doing its job. Im looking for something to replace my emachine (listed in this post http://www.hardwareforums.com/scrap-not-scrap-9173/)
That will be on par with this setup Im running now.
I'm thinking as cheap as possible here. I want to go with AMD here because they've done so well for me in the past. Looking for any kind of advice here.

I would recommend for a budget build:

Antec Case + 350W PSU (found together for £40-£50)
AMD 64 3000+ 939 Retail (with HSF) (£80)
Asus / Abit / DFI PCI-E Motherboard - £60-£70
1GB (2x512MB) Corsair Value PC3200 (£65)
80GB Seagate SATA 7200RPM (£35)
ATI X700 256MB PCI-E (£75)
16x DVD-ROM (£25)
Floppy Drive (£3)

That comes to around £380-£400

If you want cheaper, go for AMD 64bit 754Pin CPU with AGP not PCI-E.

But for the extra £40-£50 you might as well have a good upgradeable computer.
