Upgrading for PC Games

Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade my desktop pc (Dell Dimension 8400) a little in order to player games better. I mainly am looking to play World of Warcraft a little better. Currently I am getting very low fps when playing the game. I believe upgrading the graphics card would be the best option, but I'm not sure. I can spend $150 on the upgrade. $200 at the max. I know that isn't much so I figured upgrading at least one piece would be best. I don't want the graphics to be outstanding. I just don't want horrible fps when a lot is going on in the game. Suggestions on what to upgrade and recommendations of hardware to purchase would be very helpful.

I'll attach my dxdiag text file.

Thank you

What video cards are supported by Blizzard for the game?

clearly you have single core processor when they recommend dual core.
also your video is right in the minimal requirements.
read the notes on the second link to see if those apply to you and it will tell you where you lack.
my opinion is you lack a little of both.
you could try going to a better video card, but i'm not convinced that will do justice.
on the other hand without having researched your motherboard, i think your video card is onboard?
onboard video with shared memory don't perform as well as stand-alone video.
to step into dual core or more you would need to change the motherboard, ram, cpu = $$$
either try the upgrade to a better video card with the proper drivers and configurations or new pc with a decent video card.
