What does this mean?

Hi everyone I ran speedfan to try and see if it was a temp problem that was causing My PC to shut down all the time. Can anyone advise me on what the readings are as It shows to flame icons next to 2 of the temp readings. I have removed my cover from the PC and felt the heatsink fan and it seems to be cool enough I have also checked that both fans are working can anyone help me .Thanx;)

To me it looks like the Speedfan hasn't detected your sensors properly.
Try Motherboard Monitor and see what it says.

Those flame icons in SpeedFan (as I understand) are the result of default values set for the program. If you haven't done so already - reconfigure SpeedFan so that if the temp goes over, say, 50c (or whatever value you want to set), a flame (warning) icon will appear.

If you start up SpeedFan & press F1, the help files will come up with the author's comments on the default values that are set for the program - saying that those flame icons aren't necessarily a problem - just the way the program has been set.

Temp 1 is more likely to be the actual temp of your CPU. I go off this temp and it always agrees with the temp in BIOS. I'm not sure about the reliabilty of temperature monitoring programs. I have used several, and they have all given different readings. Checking the temp in BIOS is probably just as, if not more reliable.
 
Speedfan is steadily but surely building a database of supported mobos and pre-configurated set-ups from it's many users. I started off by trying to configure myself. However, later on realised that somewhere out there, someone has already configured the program for my mobo.

I think it is under the 'Info' tab that you can download and load a pre-configured file which will set-up speed fan for your mobo.
Yes, I know it is lazy, but if someone already produced a good set-up, why not use it?
