what type of mb and ram?

hi could someone please tell me what kind of mothboard and what kind of ram to go with this graphics card: Gainward GeForce 6800GS "Goes Like Hell" 512MB GDDR3 TVO

im sure it is a PCIe graphics card.. so i need a mb for that and also last time i had to send ram back because it wasnt the right stuff.. what do i need please? thanks!

something like DDR? or another type ?? cheers!
 
fuck it, i just bought it, do u think this is alright? (i have a P4 3ghz) do u think this will work?
