which version of xp should i go for?

I’ve just built my first pc and I am stuck on to which version of xp I should install. Home, pro or pro 64bit (retail or OEM). The biggest problem I’ve got is to decide which version to go with, retail or oem? What restrictions does xp home, pro oem software present? Can I only install it the once or can I, in the future upgrade some components and reinstall the oem version again or install it onto an other pc? As for home or pro, which would you all recommend?
 
The only difference is that Pro has more advanced networking features for better server/client networks for businesses or SOHO.
 
I'd go home as most people don't need any of Pro's extra little features, It's nice to have it but I wouldn't have gone out and paid for it (got it free from school). You can reinstal it on your one computer but I don't belive it will work if you try installing it on mutiple computers. I'd just as soon go OEM as with retail you just get a box pretty much, maybe a manual or something. I wouldn't get x64 yet as it's a bit buggy and the driver support isn't the greatest with most companies.
 
thanks for the help. i think i will go for the home oem. i wouldnt use the advanced features much and i wouldnt have the need to set up a network etc. i didnt know that the pro 64 had loads of driver probs.so its pointless having that one just to have problems with the thing. i might upgrade if they ever get round to sorting them out. may be.
