Will this heat sink fit?

I'm just wondering if a heat sink I'm thinking about buying will fit into what I have at the moment, I'm fairly sure it will but I want to make sure before I finish buying.

Motherboard: ASUS P7P55D LE
Case: Antec 600 | 491mm (H) x 212mm (W) x 492mm (D)
Heat sink: Arctic Cooling Freezer Xtreme II | 107 x 96.5 x 126.5 mm

Holy mother of Jesus. That's one heatsink for you there... I reckon that it will fit. Won't be too spacey, though, but it will fit.
