Work with this mobo just udnerclocked?:

Asus P5N-E SLi nForce 650 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Are you sure? this is the ram I am getting for 110 quid in P&P off someone and its gonna be used in that mobo.

yeah, i dont see any reason why it wouldn't underclock to 800Mhz and work fine, the only other possible issue is matching it to your current RAM

Oh I wont be matching it with my current ram haha coz it wont work anyway since C2D setups only can use DDR2 ram. In july I am upgrading to C2Quad6600.

yep, your 800mhz ram is nearly twice as fast as my cpu.... C2Q are things of wet dreams here!
