Hi all.
I have yesterday install windows 7 on my computer, the latest version RTM - 7260 x86. Now i have some problem's with RAM. If i have 1 stick of RAM in computer ( ddr 512 mb) the system works fine. When i insert another stick of RAM (512mb) then windows 7 freeze after about 60 seconds from seeing the desktop. Anybody know what can be a problem?
MEMTEST don't recognized any errors.

as you haven't provided any system info there's very little to suggest except trying both of your sticks in another Win7 box, and what happens if you switch sticks around, and what happens if you only connect 1 stick (the non working one)

BTW: more info would help if the above doesn't work

I try every chance which is possible but system don't work with 2 stick's. At XP is working with 1gb ram.
My other config
nforce 3 250
amd sempron 3100+ 754 socket
2x512 ddr 400
160gb ide
foxconn mobo
230W psu

I have only 2x512mb stikcs.. I didn't try linux becaouse i don't like it...
It's not about liking it, it's about ruling out Vista as the problem. If it works fine in Linux, that means it's probably your operating system that's at fault and troubleshooting hardware is a waste of time. On the other hand, if Linux freezes in the same way as Vista, it's got to be a hardware problem.

I think is it a windows 7 problem...
Sorry, my mistake, "Windows 7", or "Vista Redux" as I call it. :)[/ot]
In any case, booting to a live OS like Linux can help you verify whether it's a hardware or OS problem so you don't misspend your time troubleshooting the wrong issue.
