windows won't load, please help urgent!

You will need to burn it onto a CD then. Or copy it onto a flash drive

What happened?

 

the software that you gave me appeared to install correctly, and then it said that it needed to restart the computer for this to take affect. so i clicked ok and it restarted, however when it started loading up again it was jus doing the same stuff as before - detecting new hardware, then saying it needed to detect hardware for the screen!

 

What's the make and model of your monitor?

 

Its a Dell Monitor, Model No: 1702FP

Might it be easier to communicate over MSN or AIM rather than on here, just a suggestion.
