Windsor / Toledo?

Well Im pretty newb when it comes to building my computer. I have been researching parts to upgrade my computer.. and I think I am going to go with a AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+. One thing that I am unsure of is the different types of AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+. There is Toldedo and then there is Windsor.. is one better than the other or vice versa? THANKZ :)
