Does anybody has it? If yes, is hard to get it?

I don't think its necessary! In my experience things like these tend to end up in the desirable column rather than a requirement.

Seconded. I've never even heard of it until now. From what I've seen, developers either know PHP or they don't! In other words, a good portfolio is better than 10 certifications in my experience.
