i'm using GIMP (Graphical Image Manipulation Program) on Kubuntu (linux)[ot]but i'm using 6.06 Dapper Drake, GIMP is available for Windows here[/ot]BTW: to use GIMP you need to first install GTK+ Runtime[ot]if you want to give it a try[/ot]

Do it anytime... Jst select with that square/rectangle tool.... Then invert selection > remove the border...> Make new border of ur choice ;)
