Use the first combination. Actually the two clock speeds not make much different. But on the first combination you have higher memory. And also you have same cache on both system, not much effective.
My opinion is use Kaspersky. Lots of reason to use it to me, but the different people have different comments on this topic, as Ghostman 1 says.
See those links,
Kaspersky is the best
Norton is the best

Actually after all these comments and the articles, etc... NIC is better. USB is little expensive than NICs, but the data transfer rate is not much differ. But use of NIC is not easy, comparing to USB.

Data transfer rate
Expenditure on such technology
Ease of use

Seems to me it is fine. But how about a dual monitor PCI card. But little bit expensive.
Here's one combination.
Main board
Video card
That video card have two DVI ports. Don't worry. With the package you get 2 adapters.
There wont be an over heat issue. Because the temperature is not a case Celeron at all. Have you use any other devises with main board. And also what drivers you used except main board drivers.
You mean that need the skip that admin password setup dialog box, which is found in Windows installations. So that, what is the different having or not a damin password on that stage. I think I'm clear with my question.
